NØRRE is an artisanal bakery in Braga, conceived in Copenhagen and inspired by the traditions of Northern Europe. It works with stone-milled flours and slow, natural sourdough fermentation, favouring careful and attentive processes. Its mission is to bring back bread that is healthy, flavourful, and nutritious — with remarkable longevity.
